Πλήξη. Μια άλλη άποψη.

Ο ποιητής Joseph Brodsky Μπρόντσκι πίστευε πως ο μόνος τρόπος για να νικήσει κανείς την πλήξη είναι να την αγκαλιάσει και να παραδοθεί απόλυτα σε αυτήν.
"Οταν σε κυριέψει η πλήξη, άφησέ την να σε συντρίψει. Βυθίσου σε αυτήν μέχρι τον πάτο. Οσο συντομότερα πιάσεις πάτο τόσο συντομότερα θα ξαναβγείς στην επιφάνεια...».

Ο Καθηγητής της Φιλοσοφίας Lars Svendsen βγάζει το συμπέρασμα ότι εκείνο που συνήθως σπρώχνει τους ανθρώπους να κάνουν κάτι είναι πιο πολύ η πλήξη παρά η σκέψη. Υπάρχει μπόλικη πλήξη γύρω μας. Μπορεί να είμαστε πνιγμένοι στη δουλειά και ωστόσο να πλήττουμε.
